I truly enjoyed reasonably large and warm rooms with all facilities. A fridge, an oven, and a cooktop were provided. The setting was lovely and particularly good.

Friendly staff, great cleanliness, and spacious accommodation. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay a pleasant experience. the cleanliness of our accommodation was outstanding, everything was spotless and well-maintained. the spaciousness of the rooms allowed us to relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful walks.
Uncomfortable beds, lack of Wi-Fi stability, and issues with some facilities. the beds were not very comfortable for adults, as the mattresses were too soft.

This place has cozy and inviting rooms, in a great location near a restaurant and close to a town. The staff are friendly and fantastic. Plus, there's a kitchenette where you can prepare meals.

Good amenities! This place has everything we needed - electric kettle, fridge, and oven. Even though the neighborhood is not the best, it's convenient having restaurants and the beach nearby. 🏖️ We will definitely come back because we enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed at Seaton Estate for a few nights with two friends. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The site itself was peaceful and well-maintained, with friendly staff. We enjoyed the entertainment, food, and bar options during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating in the living room area. The location was perfect for exploring Dundee and the surrounding areas. a lovely, clean, and friendly stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
